Lily Allen releases physical formats for her album, West End Girl.

The universally praised record is out now in a variety of formats, including – Cream & Black Polka Dot Vinyl, Blue & White Polka Dot Vinyl, Clear Vinyl, Black Vinyl, CD and a Limited Edition USB.

The vinyl and CD editions feature additional original paintings by Nieves González who designed the iconic album cover.

Since release, West End Girl has surpassed 275 million global streams, peaked at #2 in the UK album chart, and saw Lily’s highest charting track in over 10 years with Pussy Palace reaching No.8.

Just nominated for Artist of the Year, Album of the Year and Best Pop Act at this year’s BRIT Awards, the record was Lily’s first for seven years and features 14 brand new songs, written and recorded over an intense 10 day period in Los Angeles starting in Dec 2024, and later finished in London and New York.

Personal Story

All the tracks were written by Lily, mainly in collaboration with her musical director Blue May. The album’s executive producers were Lily Allen, Seb Chew, Kito and Blue May.

Speaking ahead of the album’s release at the end of 2025, Lily said: “The record is vulnerable in a way that my music perhaps hasn’t been before – certainly not over the course of a whole album.

“I’ve tried to document my life in a new city and the events that led me to where I am in my life now. At the same time, I’ve used shared experiences as the basis for songs which try to delve into why we humans behave as we do, so the record is a mixture of fact and fiction which I hope serves as a reminder of how stoic yet also how frail we humans can be. In that respect I think it’s very much an album about the complexities of relationships and how we all navigate them. It’s a story…”

Tour Dates

It has been announced that Lily will headline Boardmasters in Cornwall on Saturday 8 August where she joins fellow headliners Fatboy Slim and Kasabian.

Lily will perform the album in full at the Newquay festival and on her forthcoming sold out UK tour, before heading to the US for a run of sold out dates, followed by the biggest headline tour of her career when she plays UK and Ireland arenas this summer.
