Former Spandau Ballet frontman Tony Hadley has announced his only UK solo show of the year.

The singer will perform at King George’s Hall, Blackburn, on September 29. His solo career began in 1992 with The State of Play after leaving Spandau for the first time and he has continued to release albums over the next 25 years including, jazz/swing and Christmas collections.

Hadley took a break from singing when he headed into the jungle as part of the TV show I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here. He also won ITV’s reality show Reborn in the USA in 2003.

In 2005, Tony’s contribution to the music industry was officially recognised with a Gold Badge award from the British Academy of Composers and Songwriters and two years later his performance as Billy Flynn in Chicago in the London’s West End was met with critical acclaim.
